Joining a group, team, or organization can be one of the best parts of the Cornell experience, but doing so should never put someone in harm's way.
Most Cornell students (91%) believe it's never okay to humiliate or intimidate new members. There are better ways to build unity. Ending hazing at Cornell takes commitment from every member of our community.
Cornell's hazing prevention campaign is supported by the Office of the Dean of Students, the Department of Athletics and Physical Education, Cornell Health, Cornell Police, Residential Programs, Institutional Research and Planning, and the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards. Members of the Cornell community requesting hazing prevention materials may contact the health communications specialist at Cornell Health.
