Professional interests:
Abigail applies research and theory in positive psychology, flourishing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to develop and evaluate evidence-based strategies that promote student health and well-being. Grounded in behavioral science and a public health approach, her work advances psychological flexibility, meaningful engagement, and health-promoting behaviors at the individual, interpersonal, and population level. She views universities as critical environments for shaping lifelong health behaviors and addressing social determinants of health. Her research interests include behavior change, social cognitive interventions, health psychology, and the science of flourishing.

In her spare time, Abigail enjoys jogging, Zumba, binge-watching TV, and spending time with family and friends.
