Professional interests:
Susan loves students and believes providing care and working for Cornell are privileges. She is especially interested in nephrology, particularly electrolytes, kidney function & proteinuria. Susan also loves teaching and has taught medical board review courses to medical students and residents.
Susan believes patients guide management. Her preference is a holistic approach inclusive of mind, body and spirit. Quality sleep, nutrition, activity and community are foundations of good health.
Personal interests:
Susan loves to dance! She teaches 'Oula', joyful movement with empowering lyrics. Her mat-based and aquatic classes improve mental health, cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, memory and overall well being. Susan does enjoy travel but also enjoys staying home with her kitten and garden. Her friends and family keep her grounded.
