Professional interests:

As a Behavioral Health Consultant, Heather is particularly interested in meeting people and learning about what makes them who they are. Heather loves to work alongside others to talk through difficulties and find solutions. She enjoys bringing levity and humor to the difficult aspects of life while also being able to call out and sit with the complications that have contributed to where we have been, currently are, or may be in the future. However, Heather believes in instilling confidence in one’s ability to surpass life’s obstacles. She appreciates question and uncertainty, and figuring out what works for you in this moment.

Personal interests:

There are many things Heather enjoys, including swimming, being outside in any way possible (hiking, walking, lounging at the beach, being at the lake, etc.), playing with her daughter, cooking/baking and eating. She also loves to read a wide variety of books, learn new skills, and visit both new and familiar places. On the rare occasion that the opportunity presents itself, Heather also enjoys relaxing at home and cozying up with her cats and a movie.
